“The engineer was punctual, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, & gave good advice. However the cost made me reconsider the Care Club plan. I've cancelled my plan at present but this is no reflection on the engineer. Sincerely Wendy”

“I liked Ahmad the engineer who came. He quickly found the fault in my Wouster boiler, fitted a new cold water flow valve, radiators were checked, and got the central heating working again in addition to the domestic hot water. A nice fellow. He also provided details should I need him in future. Many Thanks for an efficient and quick rectification. Dave Fisher of Rednal.”

“Simon was fantastic, he explained where the blockage was and was efficient in dealing with the problem. Simon was friendly and efficient and has fixed the problem. Simon was also very informative about what to watch out for in future so we dont have a reoccurance of our problem.
