“Initially was a little disappointed as all of the Nami scooters were out of stock, however decided to go with the Apollo Go due to the IP66 rating and good reviews. Couldnt be more happy with my purchase. Everything went smoothely and scooter was despatched less than 24 hours after purchase. My first ride went well once received but it was then i realised that Apollo had put the wrong type of charger in the box. I contacted R&G who have sent me a replacement. Overall very happy with purchase and communication with R&G, would highly recommend.”

“My new Fiido C11 Pro has arrived and I’m very happy with it! I was a little nervous to buy without trying (I live in a remote area of Wales) but felt confident after talking to the sales team. DHL unfortunately let them down a bit due to conflicting updates on my actual delivery date, but again the team were straight onto it and resolved the problem for me. Great customer service:)”

“Originally ordered a blue 18" revvi for my daughter in August (being organised for Christmas) I was then contacted by Peter I believed to explain they didn't have any blue in stock and would I like another colour instead assuming it was for now, I explained it's for Christmas so there was no rush and I could wait for when the blue come into stock, Peter was amazing and so helpful and explained if there was a point that the blue didn't come back into stock a black one would be placed aside ready for my daughter which was amazing. She just so happened to want the black more so we arranged for it to be delivered which was really quick! Peter was a massive help throughout and communication was spot on. Can't wait for her to see it Christmas Day thank you so much!”
