I needed a 12" bucket for my Kubota so I called Rhinox and couldn't reach anyone.
But, then my phone rings and it says it's Rhinox and when I answered no one was there and it happened 3 more times til I had to block the number.
So, I ordered a bucket online and finally it says it's shipped from GB .
I wonder if they even check to see if the customer has the product before the survey is initiated or if it's all robo like the phones.
