“Easy to understand what is included in your policy. The apple pay functionality didn't work for me twice and despite it allowing me to type in, the website doesn't accept Amex payments. Once I spoke to customer service and tried again two days later it allowed me to buy the insurance. All resolved in the end but did mean I got my insurance a day later than expected. Really helpful chat service though”

“Pretty Straightforward cover to understand and onboard. Had a query, response for quick. -- For context for anyone thinking of buying a home First time buyer in Birmingham, first time getting homebuyers cover. Getting the 199 cover because I dont want to be under insured Have not had the need to claim yet. Will update to 5 start if I ever do (hopefully not) and the process is smooth. Will downgrade stars and post of a full review if it turns out terrible (But fingers crossed, my home buying goes smoothly because insurers can be a pain to deal with)”

“Initially a slightly confusing set up as it doesn't specify you need to set up an Rhino Eden account as everything on screen is branded Eden. Hope I don't have to test claims procedure”
