“Honestly I've been trying to claim back from your company I've been met with rude people long wait times and I keep having to contact you over and over and there's been no resolution.. Hopefully you actually resolve my situation. And if I'm really honest I hope that we have a better relationship in future. That's why I'm back. Please prove me right”

“Not very clear that the policy is not renewable when you purchase it and therefore you get left unprotected if your purchase takes longer than expected. Better information when signing up would make it easier to make an informed decision about what you are buying.”
