“Ease of use is incredible. Seamless chat service, transparency. Thank you for consider accessibility and keeping your font type and font size optimum. Your web application is performant, no snag or lag. Is able to seamlessly integrate. Your UX and Service Design team deserve a separate ovation for keeping the number of steps limited, simple, easy and understandable. Next to Government Digital Service, I would definitely say your application has the least number of steps to achieve the transactions. Thanks to your Customer Service team who manage the volumes and take the time to get back to the customer with the accurate information. Overall satisfaction 5 *”

“I can't comment on the service as such as I have only just bought the policy! It seems a good level of cover for the basic protection plan at a good price. I hope I don't need to claim!!”

“I can't comment on the policy as I have only just taken it out but the staff on the Live Chat have been very helpful, clarifying everything I asked questions about. Certainly pre-sale service is very helpful.”

“Nice easy website to buy the protection. Hopefully will never need to claim but for the peace of mind it gives me, and based on previous experience of trying to buy a house, its nice to know if the chain collapses, I'm covered.”
