“Bought a policy for the first house we were hoping to buy, and when the sellers pulled out at the very last minute, I was glad I had this in place. I was able to submit my claim for conveyancing, surveyor, and accommodation costs easily, although I didn't receive an email until the claim was reviewed but it was in progress. Rhino requested an additional document just a couple days later, and after a couple more days my claim was approved. Currently awaiting the claim payment, but it can take up to 10 working days. As we're now purchasing another property, I've purchased another policy, and this time I hope I don't have to use it, but if I do, I'll be glad I have this in place!”
