“Good price & sufficient cover”

“Having a previous house purchase fall through due to our survey identifying ongoing subsidence, we were left not being able to obtain a mortgage so had to abort the purchase. Rhino Home protect were efficient in reimbursing us with our lost money. We are now attempting to purchase a different property and have already taken out insurance again. We would recommend this to anyone, it was invaluable.”

“I highly recommend Rheno Home Protect for homebuyers insurance. They truly came through for me when my home purchase fell through, covering both my legal fees and survey costs. While I did have to follow up with them to ensure the payout, their willingness to support me during a challenging time speaks volumes about their commitment to their customers. Overall, a reliable choice for homebuyers insurance.”

“(1) Very bad experience when you make claim. I received a reply email after a month of submitting a claim.After more than a month they asked me more documentation.And again they sat on my file. I called multiple times and each time they gave a false promise that the decision would be taken on the same day. After lots of chasing, they gave the decision. I do not want to challange their claim decsion because I do not want to go through frustrating process again. I would caustion you not to go with this insurance. Rhino homebuyer insurance is useless. There is not option to put negative rating so I have given 1 star.”

“Well presented products with comprehensive term explanations. Would have preferred a bit of extra leway on the seller insurance though as unless you have an onward signed up and ready at the same time it's unlikely you can fit the acceptance of your sale within the same seven day gap. If the seller insurance was instead a fortnight I'd of been able to purchase that as well. As it is I've only opted for the standard buying insurance.”

“Have so far used Rhino Protect Insurance 3 times for Home Buyers protection policy. Here's why i have given this 5 stars. * Purchasing Online: Website was easy to use and highly informative. The basic must-knows around what is and isn't covered in the policy was neatly laid out. Upon completing the purchase online, policy documents arrived promptly by email. I see that now the website has underwent a decent upgrade and it is wonderful to be able to manage the policy documents online. * Engaging with Customer Services: I have had to speak to Customer Services on a few occasions in the past. This was mainly to make changes to policy, ask copies of policy schedule, inform them of claim, manage the claim process and ask for update about the claim. On every occasion, call was professionally dealt with and I was given meaningful updates in the most courteous manner. And on 2 previous purchase attempts which failed, due to seller pulling out, I had submitted 2 claims which were both successfully processed. * Claim As per above, have had claims processed promptly and successfully. The Claim form is neatly laid out and was not too difficult to fill in. The very first time i did this, Claims department needed additional documentation from me which they requested by email. Upon submitting those, claim was processed well. With the most recent website upgrade I can see that the Claim process is potentially all online. I however hope I don't get to use this this time :) Overall, peace of mind with Rhino Protect and I will use the service again and highly recommend.”
