“I like the website. Buying a policy was a straightforward and easy process - let’s hope I don’t have to use it!”

“AVOID HOME SELLERS PROTECTION! They only pay out on a certain small criteria if your buyer pulls out, such as the buyer being given notice of redundancy, or the buyers relocation not completing, etc. If the buyer themselves fails to get a mortgage, or decides not to progress the transaction, Rhino will not pay out. Ultimately, they haven't protected me. Instead, they took money from me upon selling the policy and failed to reimburse any costs incurred. Their policy is not worth a penny. Avoid.”

“Really glad that I purchased the policy as unfortunately within 3 weeks of accepting our offer the sellers had a change of heart and withdrew the property from the market. Communication with Rhino was straightforward and claim processed quickly, no complaints.”

“The process of getting homebuyers insurance was easy. I hope we don't have to claim! BE AWARE - it may not cover a bad survey outside of the very specific circumstances listed in the policy documents. I chose to purchase this after we lost money on a sale which fell through before.”
