“i was asked to write a review after completing the online purchase. The website was easy to navigate and payment went through quickly but like every policy it remains to be seen if there was a claim whether it would deliver.”

“Very easy to look through the quotes and navigate the website. Will be able to leave an in depth review if we ever need to activate the benefits of having home buyers insurance (fingers crossed this is not the case). The peace of mind having this insurance gives us unmatched.”

“Buying the insurance was difficult due to the address not working and so had to type the street number and name in twice. Then the payment didn’t work using my AMEX. Then had to type in all the details again the next day. Other than that, I have not had to use the insurance itself yet.”

“Initially a slightly confusing set up as it doesn't specify you need to set up an Rhino Eden account as everything on screen is branded Eden. Hope I don't have to test claims procedure”

“Site worked well but Apple Pay wouldn’t work- crashed 3 times. Card payment went ok though. Pleased to have some cover if sale falls through.”

“I have bought this as I have read through the policy and see that it covers if the sellers pull out and it's not your fault. However please do be aware that it does not cover if you choose to pull out due to bad survey for example. I cannot truly review this insurance as I have not had to claim from it yet.”
