“100% recommended. Kay and Lisa are both highly professional and courteous. I had a small pension pot which I converted to an annuity. Kay explained clearly what my options were and, after due dilligence, I proceeded with Kay handling the administration. She made the whole process very easy and regularly kept me up to date with developments. Very impressive indeed. Thanks Kay.”

“Excellent service provided by professional and very pleasant and approachable team . A big thank you to Lisa who really went the extra mile dealing with my pension provider which proved to be very challenging at times . “I was really dreading cashing in my Prudential Pension Pot and converting it to an Annuity, as my dealings with the Pru had not been particually good over the years. However, Lisa O.Beirne at the Retirement Desk took all of my worries away, things could not have gone better!! She got me exactly the product I wanted and at a good rate, she kept me informed throughout the whole process and was always available if I needed to speak to her. Lisa is a rarity in this modern world, a true professional who actually knows what customer care is all about, and you know what a really lovely person as well. The world could do with a few more like her!!”
