Hi, I'm sorry you have not received your item yet. We did email you last week to inform you your order had been returned back to us by Royal Mail as there was an issue with the address you supplied. I have just emailed you again to get the correct address so we can re-ship it for you.

“Three times I tried to order keys off you, gave you the serial number, even took a photo and you still got it wrong. Vey disappointing service is terrible”

Hi Adrian, I'm sorry there was an issue with your order and we were unable to resolve it. I understand your frustration and dissapointment and although it may not feel like we did try our best to resolve it by sending multiple variations trying to align the cutting tolerances to your specific lock. I can see a full refund for your order was made back to your card on 08/08/23. Apologies again for the dissapointment we were unable to resolve the problem on this occassion.

“Waste of money - I ordered a roof bar key and paid extra for next day delivery, it didn't arrive, probably not their fault, but I couldn't ring to let them know it hadn't arrived, only email, by the time I got a reply it was too late. The key turned up the day after, tried it a week later when we got back off holiday to find it doesn't work anyway.”

“I had a problem with the key. Couldn’t find a phone number could only email. I found Customer Service to be relatively poor. However, the key was replaced.”

“Terrible. I ordered four replacement keys. These arrived very quickly, but did not fit my lock. There were several visual differences between the new keys and the original, so I emailed Replacement Keys and let them know. They responded quickly and said there was an error in the pattern which they have now fixed. They were to re-cut the keys and send them out right away. 2 weeks later I hadn't received my keys so I contacted them again. They replied quickly saying there was an error in their admin system and so they had not yet processed my new keys, but they would work on them right away. A few days later, the second set of replacement keys arrived. Like the first, these contained visual differences from the original, and did not work in my locks. I have now cancelled my order and requested a refund.”

“There is no code on the key, and I've ordered two. How am I supposed to know which key correlates with which??? and they are not security keys as the ones I've asked to be cut from, had circle hole dents in the key groves. The ones I have been sent do not have this.”
