“Half of the keys ordered didn't work. Customer service was extremely unhelpful as they can only offer a refund, which is not much use as I need keys that actually work.”

I'm sorry to hear the keys didn't operate your lock, we couldn't find an issue with the cutting of the keys that is why we offered a refund instead.

“Paid for keys and they sent one that doesn’t fit. They then said they cannot actually cut that key and that if we want a refund we would have to send the key back to them which we would have to pay for. Absolute joke”

“So i put the code from the key on the order I placed the order when the key arrived it didn't fit. Then I found the old keys. The cost of the key is not worth complaining.”

“Completely shambles! I received my package in a terrible condition. Luckily, an honest person found it in their driveway after the delivery person had thrown it there. They posted a picture of the parcel on Facebook, which was seen by someone who knows me. This person then informed me about it, and I went to collect my package from the address where it had been found, a different road, two blocks away from my place. The keys worked fine but It's disappointing how it was handled.”
