Sadly the key I orered 23123 was no use at all because the key I wanted had 1 flat edge and one I got no flat edges. The key I wnted was for a internal door. Too be fair I had tried to get a copy from Thompsons who didn't the basic key to copy+ So I have wasted money and time.

Hi, I received 2 keys well packaged and presented, however neither of the keys worked in the tow bar barrel. I was very accurate in providing the exact code of the barrel but unfortunately they do not turn at all. They are correct to the point of fitting fully into the barrel but that's all.

The complexity to import the parcel had no limit. I hade to pay more additional import taxes and the full process was complex. How bad the UK left the EU. I will never order anything again in the UK considering the complexity.

I still haven't received the keys. Cannot locate them. I've asked the post office. I keep getting scam emails about paying customs. Can you sort it out

Not happy new keys very difficult to push into or remove from the lock - they turn ok and open and close the lock - but really sticky to push in and out.

Ordered an 'ultion' key which turned out to be a fake and broke our lock. As a result, I had to pay for the removal of the old lock, installation of a new one, and keys. No refund for the £240 locksmith invoice or help offered.

ordered extra keys and they came quickly but broke the lock the first time they were used. had to pay a locksmith to come out and replace the lock and keys (not cheap!) who told me that despite being sold as compatible with ultion they are not. they're based on old ultion and get stuck in more recent locks. tried saving money by ordering here but that didnt work out

Ordered 2 keys, both do not turn in the lock, 1 of them barely goes in, had to be forced. Neither work so will be expecting a full refund

I ordered Yale keys. I am not sure where it has gone wrong but you cannot speak to anyone. The replacement keys don't work. I ordered 9 for my new door. The new door cannot be installed and will have to wait until another day next year.

I've purchased keys twice and both times have not been correct or fitted the locks. Update: I have received a handful of emails from this company asking me to change my review and I am starting to feel harassed.
