“Due to weather etc have just today visited caravan and had a chance to try new keys. Everything seems OK albeit a little stiff because of newness but should be fine once worn in.”

“Have had keys from them before with no issues and speedy delivery. This time the keys had only been partially cut - clearly a machine fault. But once I sent photos and complained, the correct ones were quickly sent.”

“I’d read previous reviews, both positive and negative experiences. Regardless I ordered an extra key for a Givi top box detailing its code. It arrived quickly but I was disappointed it was completely different. However, I sent an email, with a picture of both keys to show it was not a match and how this could be resolved. This was acknowledged and a replacement key was sent which fitted/worked. No quibble, so overall a good resolution and customer service.”
