“Visited Timsons in my home town who advertised a key cutting service to replace lost keys. I provided the lock barrel code and explained that this should enable a new key to be cut but was advised that an original key was required. Slightly nonplussed at the lack of service / awareness from a key cutting shop i left and placed my order directly with Replacement Keys Ltd. 2 x keys arrived just a couple of days later, sensibly packaged in a cardboard wallet with invoice details. Fully operational. One key is visible in the image, the other is in use! A very happy & relieved customer. Well done.”

“Wow, the most amazing service you will ever can..... LESS THAN 24 HRS I'd lost the key for my 2021 LR Defender detachable towbar. I emailed RK at 1pm on Monday and included a close-up image of my towbar lock. Within 5mins Hayley had replied with a specific link to order the required key. I proceeded to order, pay and received confirmation of postage via Royal Mail. Received on Tuesday at 11am. Perfect fit and towbar removed.... If only every company was as good as Replacement Keys Ltd A++++”

“What an amazing company. I would recommend them to everyone. I ordered spare security keys for my front door, which were a brilliant price compared to other companies. Unfortunately the keys didn’t work as I had inadvertently given the wrong code. They very kindly sent new replacement keys free of charge. I don’t think that there are many companies who would do this!!”
