“The ordering system was easy, assuming you have the code for the lock/key; I lost my keys for the electric bike battery and the code for the battery/bike frame housing was on the original receipt. That said, the online ordering was easy and straightforward. And the new keys arrived a few days later; well packaged, and in a stiff presentation envelope which I thought was a nice touch as the 2 spares can stay in the envelope and not get easily lost.”

“Im Luis and im from California in the United States. I asked around at a couple of my local locksmiths for a specific key that i needed and unfortunately they weren't able to help me. The type of key i needed was a Gatemate key and there should be a picture with this review so you can see what i was trying to get a copy of. My locksmiths basically said they couldn't help me with that because it had a specific cut they couldn't do. Of course i was bummed out because i tried at least four locations before i tried "Replacement Keys". I'll be honest, i was skeptical. Not because i didnt trust the company but because i dont often buy outside the country. So my lack of knowledge was holding me back. Honestly, the pricing was fair and they delivered something companies near me could't. My reccomendation is simple. They got what it takes to take care of you. They got my vote moving forward.”

“Recently moved house & our new front door had coded keys, but we were not provided the code to get a couple more keys cut. I sent the company photos of either side of the key key & they were able to find the appropriate code. Only two days later I had the keys delivered to a secure address (not own address, for security reason)!! I couldn't be more happy & would recommend to anyone in a similar situation. Many thanks to the Team”

“Amazing service. Ordered Tuesday just before 5 pm and received in the Wednesday morning post. Not just well packed but nicely packed. Even the short tape holding the key in place was exactly parallel to the bottom of the card. That is a level of detail you rarely get. And of course, the master key worked the first time and opened every locker that I tried, at least eight. Will definitely use this company again”
