“Had to take keys to Timpsons to be recut as they were too high and were stiff turning my new £75 each cylinders, upon letting the company know I was told that they “were pleased I had got them sorted” Will not be using this company again”

“Fantastic company! After trying to get a replacement key from 2 other companies and getting a wrong key or key that didn't work, I had given up. Then I tried Replacement Keys Ltd. Quick and simple to order, adding a photo really helped, as I assume that helps them know they are sending the correct type of key. Fast processing, fast delivery. Will be ordering another!”

“Excellent service. I ordered a couple of keys on Monday morning and they arrived Tuesday morning! They were sent in a thin discrete package, I wasn't sure what it was until I opened it (this is a good thing) and it fit through a letterbox without issue. They had been cut perfectly using the key code and work perfectly. Easy to follow website and email updates. Thank you very much for such a wonderful service.”
