“The ordering system was easy, assuming you have the code for the lock/key; I lost my keys for the electric bike battery and the code for the battery/bike frame housing was on the original receipt. That said, the online ordering was easy and straightforward. And the new keys arrived a few days later; well packaged, and in a stiff presentation envelope which I thought was a nice touch as the 2 spares can stay in the envelope and not get easily lost.”
