“I ordered two keys, one was a straight replacement which when received fitted and worked perfectly, the other was "taking a chance " that the number on the lock would get me the right key, unfortunately it did not. Service was excellent, ordering simple and keys arrived within two days so great. No issues and I would use them again.”

“Needed some extra Yale keys and was shocked at the price on the Yale website. Ordered from Replacement Keys instead. Arrived within 2 days and all keys work perfectly. Was half the price of Yale website so can thoroughly recommend.”

“I purchase many items on behalf of my company. I have been purchasing items for many years from RK, sometims the list of items has been 60+. Usually, there are no issues, the routes to required keys navigating the site pages are well laid out. Adding items to the basket is striaght forward and clearly shows the quantity of what has been selected, with an easy route back to the product page to continue on from where you were, nice touch! Should an issue arise, the team gets in touch quickly! Having said that, a while back they refunded me before communicating the issue. I got in touch via the phone and worked the issues out! Now, I have not had an issue which has not been worked through! They get straight to the point of what they need to determine clarity! I have interacted with Richard and Ian, they explain situations clearly! Sometimes, I am lost when they ask for pictures of keys. Not having one available is the usually reason for the purchase! So, when they ask for a photo of "the key" I am asking for, and not the barrel number and to check the code information, it makes me wonder! They provide an efficient service! Their proccess is quick and does not get in the way, it assists you step by step! Keys ordered, I have received the next day, which is great. Generally, I receive items by the thrid day after purchasing.”

“Keys came quickly and worked perfectly. I did however leave a note with the seller asking for gold coloured keys as were the originals and if they could be in an original fob too… no correspondence unfortunately so came silver and in a company fob so not suitable for my needs. Had I been told, as it was with other companies, I would have saved myself £30 and cancelled my order!”

“After struggling to find somewhere locally that could cut extra keys for our back gate and not charge us extortionate prices, Replacement Keys was recommended to us. The website was easy to navigate, popping in the serial number of the key and uploading a photo. The price quoted was very reasonable (and nearly 3 times cheaper than one local business was asking for) and our replacement keys arrived within a few days. The keys work perfectly and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Replacement Keys again in the future.”
