“Ordered 6 six yale keys, excellent service, delivered the following day and kept well informed. Would of given 5 stars except one of the keys did not work. Having said that, I did not inform Replacement Keys about this but I'm sure if I had they would have arranged for a replacement to sent. I have used this company in the past and will continue to do so.”

“Keys arrived securely packaged and came quickly. We have not had the chance to use the yet, as they are for our caravan which is sited elsewhere. However, I assume they will be fine as they have a code number which matches our existing keys..”

“Although bearing the same name and number the keys didn’t work the lock, however the company’s representatives went to great lengths to try and resolve the issue. When unable to find a solution they very promptly refunded my initial invoice payment in full.”

“Excellent response A key arrived safely in a sturdy envelope. Unfortunately, it didn't fit. I returned key hoping I would receive the correct key. However, my money was refunded I assume they did not have the key I was looking for.”

“Replacement keys ordered and delivered very efficiently. Initially keys worked and opened the lock okay but were a little difficult to fit in the lock. A little filing of the keys at the tips solved the issue and they are working perfectly now. Thank you ‘Replacement Keys’ for such a good price and great service, I got 3 keys delivered to my door for less than one replacement key from ‘Timpsons’. Gina G”
