A big thank you to all your staff for a job well done and being able to complete the repair on the same day, it was much appreciated. Thank you very much indeed and will certainly use you again.

Arrived about an hour late but got straight down to searching for the fault. Machine was not draining and filter would not come out. He dismantled the pump / filter assembly and extracted the items jamming the pump: 30 metal shirt collar stiffeners, £6:30 in coins, 4 buttons and one running shoe spike! Took quite alot of effort but all good in the end. He clearly knew his stuff and the cost (£84,) was about £40 cheaper than the manufacturers repair service. So I was pleased I found Repair Aid. Would use them again but I am now checking pocket s for coins and no longer wear the shirt collar straighteners. So hopefully I won't needs them.

Good value and quick response. Explanation of service when booking was good, but could have a little clearer in parts. Nonetheless felt overall the phone booking was done professionally and courteously. Julian, the engineer who came to repair our machine arrived within the allotted time. He could have been a little warmer, and he struggled slightly with his English speaking (by his own admission) but we could understand each other more or less. Julian was quick and efficient in undertaking the repair. Overall I would recommend this company.

Repair Aid London was prompt to answer call. The lady who answered my call was very friendly and professional. An engineer's visit was booked. The engineer repaired the washing machine and as I wasn't on site he called me when job was completed. I am very satisfied with work carried out. Thank you.

The lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful, but the repair man was just the opposite; un-friendly, uncommunicative and almost brusk. Unblocked the machine in minutes and charged me full wack. However, problem solved.

Booking was easy and the price was great - the engineer was also a wonderful guy. However the slot given was between 12-6 and to call 30 minutes beforehand. I got a call at 5.58 saying he’d be there in a few minutes. He then went to the wrong address. It was really a problem for me as I was working with a client and couldn’t plan ahead because he just suddenly appeared, which was an suddenly really inconvenient. A phone call takes seconds and as I see it they didn’t keep to the slot.

Just about acceptable considering they are a business and have to make money, plus the washing machine now works. But to be charged £50.00 for a washing machine part that costs around £13.00 online? My fault I guess, I did check the reviews AFTER booking the job, and a couple of reviews said that this firm charges that much for the part. I went ahead as I thought it might be the machine motor itself, which I had no idea how to fix. So it was £42.00 for the call-out, the same amount for labour, and £50.00 for the part. Expensive considering that YouTube videos are available that show how to replace the offending part so I'll know better next time.

Service was good bu i have asked for an invoice 3 times which i still haven't. It is slightly annoying.

The issue was resolved in the end but I felt that when the engineer was dealing with my wife, they were very short and blunt and almost seemed obviously frustrated that we did not have the manual for a 10+yr old appliance. I then stepped as I felt his attitude was not very professional as he kept mentioning his other jobs even though he had only been with us for 40 minutes. I do not want to be felt like an inconvenience for a job I am paying for in the future.

Avoid this company at all costs. My partner and I used RepairAid to fix a fault with our dishwasher. A few months later, the exact same issue occurred, despite RepairAid replacing the initial part (at a VERY high price!). When this same issue occurred, RepairAid refused to repair it for free, even though the new part was under warranty and clearly not fit for purpose in the first place. On top of this, they were thoroughly unpleasant to deal with throughout our follow ups. We would strongly discourage anyone from using their services if you want quality repairs, decent customer service, and a good price as they offer absolutely none of these things. We would leave 0/5 stars if we could.

As explained to your partner there are a few faults, which are considered as user dependent and for which unfortunately the manufacturer cannot provide a year warranty. Dishonest and unpleasant to deal with. Came in May to fix one part only for the machine to stop working a few months later. New engineer says that the machine should have been replaced in May as there are several old parts that could break at any moment and that he doesn't understand why we weren't advised of this. Perhaps it's because in May they were too busy charging us for other parts and 3 engineers to do the one simple job. Now they're denying all comments about this and claiming I'm making it all up. Disgraceful trading. Not to mention that the manager is avoiding my calls and forcing his team to deal with situation. Each time they end the call with the manager will call you which they haven't and again I'm dealing with the team. Terrible to be evading responsibility to your team and your customers. I've checked some more review sites and it seems I'm not the only one. Used them in a previous home and had great service. Obviously a lot has changed and now I wouldn't recommend them. Stay away! And also from the other reviews I've found they warn people to check their prices as they overcharge for items.

I’m extremely upset. I was not home when the technician came. My housekeeper was home and she paid him and let him go. My ice box dispenser in my freezer was not working and when I returned home the ice dispenser was still not working but my housekeeper had paid the technician cash and he had left!
