“Efficient”

“Cannot recommend your company more highly - engineer came at expected time - was professional and knowledgeable- immediately diagnosed the problem and sorted it efficiently - it was an extremely fiddly job to my washing machine, which required removing the "stacked tumble drier" before he could even start, but this was all carried out without complaint and with great competence. The office staff were also proficient and I considered the callout fee to be reasonable - the fee was not taken until the job was completed. I would most certainly use them again for any repairs to electrical kitchen appliances .”

“A Repair Aid workman came last week and installed a new rubber collar (if that's the term?) in my washer. It is now working perfectly, and I am very happy with the work, even though it wasn't cheap! (£80 call out charge for his first visit, and another £80 or so for coming again to install the collar) - but hopefully well worth it.”

“Brought a fairly ancient washing machine back from the dead. Appointment was scheduled within 24 hours of our call, the engineer turned up on time and went to a lot of trouble to repair the machine. Didn't have high hopes it could be saved, so pleasantly surprised. Fees were reasonable, will use them again if/when any other appliances fall over.”
