Cannot recommend your company more highly - engineer came at expected time - was professional and knowledgeable- immediately diagnosed the problem and sorted it efficiently - it was an extremely fiddly job to my washing machine, which required removing the "stacked tumble drier" before he could even start, but this was all carried out without complaint and with great competence. The office staff were also proficient and I considered the callout fee to be reasonable - the fee was not taken until the job was completed. I would most certainly use them again for any repairs to electrical kitchen appliances .
