“I've used Repair Aid a few times now and they are great. There is a debate about whether to replace or repair as the costs are sometimes comparable....but in the move to reduce carbon emissions and the amount of stuff we dump, perhaps we should be looking back a few generations who always repaired things....”

“Fantastic service as usual. Easy booking and speedy call out. Found them online after our dishwasher started to malfunction, transparent and easy pricing, and very knowledgeable staff throughout booking and on the job. Didn’t hesitate to use them again or bother researching another company when our washing machine broke down. Highly recommend.”

“Cannot recommend your company more highly - engineer came at expected time - was professional and knowledgeable- immediately diagnosed the problem and sorted it efficiently - it was an extremely fiddly job to my washing machine, which required removing the "stacked tumble drier" before he could even start, but this was all carried out without complaint and with great competence. The office staff were also proficient and I considered the callout fee to be reasonable - the fee was not taken until the job was completed. I would most certainly use them again for any repairs to electrical kitchen appliances .”

“A Repair Aid workman came last week and installed a new rubber collar (if that's the term?) in my washer. It is now working perfectly, and I am very happy with the work, even though it wasn't cheap! (£80 call out charge for his first visit, and another £80 or so for coming again to install the collar) - but hopefully well worth it.”

“Booking was easy and the price was great - the engineer was also a wonderful guy. However the slot given was between 12-6 and to call 30 minutes beforehand. I got a call at 5.58 saying he’d be there in a few minutes. He then went to the wrong address. It was really a problem for me as I was working with a client and couldn’t plan ahead because he just suddenly appeared, which was an suddenly really inconvenient. A phone call takes seconds and as I see it they didn’t keep to the slot.”

“Brought a fairly ancient washing machine back from the dead. Appointment was scheduled within 24 hours of our call, the engineer turned up on time and went to a lot of trouble to repair the machine. Didn't have high hopes it could be saved, so pleasantly surprised. Fees were reasonable, will use them again if/when any other appliances fall over.”
