“Very quick and easy site to use, young lady I spoke with for an update as I was u Dee pressure and impatient was brilliant, she dealt with my questions quickly and professionally but also kept it like a person shopping service. I recommend remand to everyone. Just to touch on the actual product also excellent and well wrapped.”

“Our order was NOT fulfilled by the date promised and we were then told that it would be another 3 months before it would arrive. This may or may not be the fault of Remland but they really need to update their customer care process as we received an e-mail a couple of days before the due delivery date to say that our order HAD been dispatched only to receive another one on the day the delivery was due to say that it hadn't been dispatched and the next possible due date would be it Jan 2023. We had planned a good deal of work in the room were the floor covering was to be going which will need to remain unfinished for a very long period. This is not a good way to keep customers or have they recommend Remland to others.”
