“I found it reassuring to be able to speak to customer services via the phone after our online order went AWOL, but I'd say that could have been avoided by using a decent delivery company which reads the delivery notes! I will definitely be using Remland Carpets in the future, but will be ordering well in advance of installation!”

“The flooring took longer to arrive than we thought- we had booked fitters to ensure a perfect finish. In fortunately when they and we unpacked the flooring there was a large deep gouge through the centre of the roll several layers deep. Fortunately the fitters were able to salvage a piece big enough for our bathroom, but our porch and utility room remain uncovered. Unfortunately on the afternoon of the fitting we had to leave home to be with my father in law who was dying so since then it’s all been pretty full on. Will happily send pictures, death certificate etc but we don’t feel paying for flooring we can’t use is fair. I look forward to your call. Thank you.”

“The Remland website was easy to use and I was very pleased they sent me a sensible sample. It was easy to place the final order and they even called to say that a fitting accessory I had ordered was not required, refunding the cost almost immediately. It was a pleasant change from a visit I made to a certain other carpet chain store, where I was largely ignored. I will use Remland in the future.”

“Best price for the flooring I wanted. Fast delivery. The roll of vinyl arrived in a roll as expected but it had been sellotaped which when removed left a glue residue on the flooring that took ages to clean off. Despite using a variety of products I was still unable to remove the residue. Luckily the flooring was too large so I was able to cut out the sticky area. Basic mistake Remland - Use an alternative method!”

“Not received flooring Vinyl yet. Was promised to del 10 days from order (30.7.22). One email said it had been duspatched 10.8.22 and 2nd email said it would be here before 23.8.22. I will comment when it eventually arrives.”

“i used altro walkway 20 to do the floor of my van . The colour is called waterfall and it looks pretty durable too and should be easy to keep clean. Remland emailed me when it was ready to collect. Good service and s great product.”

“Very quick delivery, and whilst I was sceptical that the sand effect would be realistic, as I’d only had a sample to go on, once I got the order and laid it, it exceeded my expectations and looked amazing! The quality was very good too , nice and thick with good padding underneath.”
