“This purchase was perfect but there are other products on offer with minimum lengths which exceeds my needs. To get the fifth star, please sell flotex by the metre, not a min of two metres.”

Hello Anthony, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with ordering from us! Thank you for your recommendation, we apologise for any inconvenience caused by the minimum order on the Flotex, however we have had to set this in place due to extra costs supplied by the manufacturer for anything less than 2m x 2m. The vinyl flooring you purchased is made to order and states this in the product description. We rang and emailed you to ensure you were up to date with your order and to keep you posted. I do apologise for the waiting time but this was out of our control as the flooring is made to order. We have taken your feedback onboard and will use it to improve our operations in the future.

“I can’t praise this company enough. After a problem with part of my order being mislaid by the carrier, I contacted Dexter (in Sales) and the problem was rectified. I am now in possession of the 3 boxes of Flotex that I ordered. Many thanks to all concerned. 😊”

“We ordered an 8.5m x 4m roll of luxury vinyl. The service and delivery was 5 star, though not sure how a lot of people would have been to have got the delivery to where they wanted it as it needs 2 people and there was only a single delivery driver. The reason for the 1 star is that I was short-changed. We only got 7.75m x 4m which meant we could not cut the roll up as we needed and had a lot of wastage. I sent an email asking for the money back for the 3 sq meters that we were short-changed (ignoring that we lost several more square meters wastage because we couldn't cut it as we wanted). The company didn't have the courtesy to reply to my email (nearly 2 weeks now), which is disgusting, given that they are at fault. I strongly suggest you measure the full length before cutting it if you can. We didn't have that luxury as we didn't have a space to roll it out fully. Maybe they will reply now I have had to give this review.”

“Remland Carpets were the only company I found with the sort of vinyl I was after - a colourful mosaic tile effect - for my new bathroom. They had the largest selection to choose from and service has been faultless. Each delivery was on time, easy to track and the price very reasonable. I love everything about my product and receive so many compliments from friends who see it.”
