“Brilliant service, carpet arrived really quickly and as I only needed a small amount, buying end of roll, saved me loads. Carpet laid and everyone comments on how good it looks.”

“good price carpet but delivery date notice was last minute (16 hours). Delivery driver (Tuffnells) would not step inside house, not good when you have a 5 metre roll of carpet which weighed over 80 kilos, perhaps I shouldn't have given him a hand to get it off the lorry which he couldn't manage on his own. Very poor delivery service”
