“Good product. Delivery good. Website excellent apart from it did not send me confirmation of order. Pay Pal did. I had to phone to confirm Remland had received my order. A blip in the website perhaps, who knows. But it caused me some anxiety & a phone call. That is reason why 4star & not 5.”

“Excellent service - ordered on Sunday morning and received the vinyl on Wednesday. Received confirmation e-mails on order receipt, when the vinyl was dispatched and then from the courier giving my an hour time slot when it was to be delivered. Remland Carpets will be the first website I will look at next time I need any flooring products!”

“No problems at all. Much cheaper and quicker than the local supplier we bought the same brand of carpet previously. The carpet was sent directly from the manufacturer via a pallet service who went out of their way to help after a delivery problem.”

“Excellent service all round. Website was easy to use and the person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and gave me good advice. Vinyl was delivered within 2 days at a very competitive price. I will definitely use Remland again.”

“Excellent price and prompt delivery. Although the linoleum looks prefect now in situ I was concerned that the edge was slightly marked and it had received some dents. I think the ends of the roll should be protected in transit and the surface needs more protection than a sticky tape marked FRAGILE !”

“My only gripe with your service is that I heard nothing from you for nearly two weeks after the order was originally confirmed. I was beginning to get concerned & was on the point of e-mailing you when you finally informed me that my order would be dispatched imminently. I would suggest an improvement would be to keep customers better informed as to the progress of their order. After all, it doesn't cost anything to send an e-mail to say we haven't forgotten you.”
