“The company is excellent - used for years and never had an issue. One time we had a small problem but it was not the companies fault it was the suppliers. Remland resolved this issue and apologises... Not really much else they could of done. Other than that great customer service, always happy to help and cheap on their products.”

“Coir matting had hole in the middle of the large piece. Managed to cut around it for our unusual shaped porch but that was lucky. Customer service response was once it is cut its too late, which is fair enough but how can they be happy with photographic evidence of their faulty product!!!!!”

Hello there, Thank you for your review. We hate to quote the "T's & C's" but we do state that it is crucial that the product is checked at delivery of the goods to ensure that the product is okay. As per your email, you had laid the coir matting and cut into it so unfortunately there is not a lot we can do as the piece had been used. “I ordered the mat based on the discounted price and positive feedback. The mat arrived in good time per the sizes ordered. I cut the mat to the exact size before I noticed a small defect in the coir fibres which unfortunately is in the centre of the mat. It is a defect gap in the fibres themselves which looks like a small space.”

“Really pleased with my new flooring, the only criticism I could give, would be that, it would be nice to know at point of order roughly how long you have to wait for your flooring to arrive. I think from order to receiving it was around 7 days so not long but would have been nice to of known how long to expect.”
