“The item came as ordered which was good. However delivery was 2 weeks later than originally notified. Also I had to chase to find out why it had not been delivered, rather than being told.”

“I ordered a tub of parquet adhesive to complete laying an oak floor in my kitchen, and was disappointed to have to wait a week for delivery. The adhesive itself was very good but quite hard to use - there were no instructions on the container and I had difficulty keeping tools and hands clean. I was also surprised at how quickly it skinned over and consequently ended up having to throw some of it away. The finished floor looks great, and I am very please with the result.”

“I am really happy with the flooring. When I asked for a sample it took a week to arrive. When I called to ask whether it was on its way the gentleman said the 'internet men' were ill so it hasn't been sent out and there was nothing he could do. He said I should try and find a supplier local to me instead! I thought this was awful customer service but still bought the flooring from you as your price with free delivery was the best I could find.”

“We recently placed two separate orders for vinyl floor covering and have been very pleased with the product and ordering service. Our first order was handled most efficiently with excellent links to the courier`s delivery tracking site, to the point of ETA within a 2 hour slot. We were not so fortunate with our second order, with only the e-mail from Remland stating a 1 to 3 day delivery and no link to Xdp`s tracking service. We were out on the evening of delivery and had to ring the local depot to locate the goods. Otherwise very satisfied with the experience”

“No problems with the ordering, but not impressed by the delivery company. I didn't have a definite delivery day, so happened to be out when they tried to deliver. From the answerphone message somebody left me, you'd think I had done something outrageous and that this situation had never happened before! When delivery was finally made, package was apparently dumped at the end of our drive without much consideration. Pity that the courier has really soured the experience, when the ordering process was so good.”
