“Remand called me after I placed my order to point out that I had ordered the wrong size(the stripes on my vinyl would have gone width wise rather than length wise)Iwould have been v disappointed otherwise. I did not check my e mail so did not realise vinyl was being delivered.... Fortunately my workman was at my home.”

“I telephoned before ordering on line and had a perfect helpful response. I had some hiccup with the web site saying that it was not safe but went ahead anyway with no difficulty. The delivery was exactly as predicted and I was kept informed by e mail. The goods were just as I wanted. All in all, PERFECT!”
