“Limited information about delivery could be provided when I phoned prior to placing my order. On advice of a member of your sales team, I requested that the courier phone me prior to delivery so that I could make sure someone was at home to receive the order. Despite this being included in the delivery instructions, the courier turned up unannounced. Fortunately my partner was present to receive the goods. Otherwise, no issues, goods were received promptly and order process was straight forward.”

“This was a very good service apart from the bottle tops which had not been secured before transit. The packaging was excellent and when I telephone to inform the company that one of the bottles had completely emptied due to the top being loose, it was immediately replaced and I was asked if anything else had been damaged by this. Fortunately all the other items were in their own waterproof packing and all was well.”

“I was totally satisfied with the order procedure. It came before the approx timing plus with a refund from my error ordering twice. This was my choice of flooring but I wish I'd chosen differently. From the sample I thought this was the right one but now its laid it looks dull, I'm hoping I can find a cleaning product to give it abit of a shine. Any ideas? Later in the year I will have to cover our conservatory floor so must get that one right.”
