“The ordering and payment system worked well. The courier gave a lot of initial information about the collection and movement of the order but did not send a final email stating the actual day of delivery. Fortunately someone was home. Apart from that I am very pleased.”

“Told delivery up to five days and subsequently\on or about what would have been the fifth day. Actually arrived on fourth so no complaint other than it would have been better if on line tracking were available and a couple of hours warning or so before actual delivery to aid awkward live alone handicapped sods like me get near door to accept delivery. I'm sure driver worried by time it took me to get to front door but he is to be complemented for carrying goods through house for me. Many thanks.”
