“Vinyl tiles as described but only part delivered at first however error dealt with promptly and apologetically -we all make mistakes- but the important thing is to correct appropriately. Would use this company again and recommend.”

“I ordered from Remland via the internet on Sunday 14th. Durine the evening I regretted my choice of design so phoned early next day. No problem was Trevor Baileys reply. The order was amended and delivered the following afternoon. This is my second order from Remland and my third Flotex carpet. The first wore out after many years service and the second we had to leave when we moved a year ago. I have already recommended Remland to friends and will continue to do so. Incidentally the change to another design was definitely the right thing to do.”
