“I have not yet installed the vinyl flooring so I can only review the process of choosing, ordering and delivery. I was impressed that when I emailed a question regarding the thickness of the vinyl, not only was my question answered, the information was added to the website. My bathroom is only 1 metre wide at its widest. Your firm was the only one I could find who would sell me a 1 metre x 3 metre piece, which means there will be less waste. Given that many of your customers are novice DIYs, it might be an idea to include some basic instructions about installation.”

“Everything was superb. A possible help might be giving an idea of the size of the pattern on on cushion floors etc. When it came, the pattern was much bigger than expected. In our case, this doesn't matter and the product if perfect for our needs. I would definitely recommend you to other people.”

“The 1st piece of vinyl was damaged in transit. This was reported to Customer Services and a replacement sent out immediately with the 1st piece being gifted! 2nd piece arrived promptly and in good order. I would use Remnants again in the future without hesitation!”

“It was a good service with the Vinal arriving in the time scale promised. The only criticism is that having cut 2.3m off arole 3m wide they roled it up into a 3m role rather than 2.3m. I had to undo it and re-roll it to get it in my car!!!”
