“When I ordered, the floor covering came very quickly and has gone down very well. I would have given 5 stars except that the samples took so long to come and I had to make repeat ordering for them, same ones and a couple extra as original choices were out of stock which would have been useful to know earlier. However, this would not stop me ordering again from Remland and I’m pleased my fittter recommended Remland as I hadn’t been aware of the company before hand. Overall I’m very satisfied and would recommend Remland to others.”

“Initial contact good. Waiting for three samples, not good. Delivery of the samples was to the wrong address, plus there was only one sample of the wrong type, but the right colour. The correct three samples were eventually received and one of them chosen to order 160 carpet tiles. We waited, a further not so wee while, for these tiles to be delivered from Holland. Time from start to receiving the product - nearly four weeks. Too long? You decide.”

“The product itself is very good but it took a while to get it here. I only received 2 x samples from 4 ordered and that was only after I'd chased it up. The vinyl had been on offer initially but because of the delay with samples it had gone back up to full price by the time I'd ordered. It took a while for delivery too. For some reason it went from Glasgow to the east of Scotland before making its way to me on the west coast. Once down it looks lovely and I'm pleased with it.”

“The samples we ordered took over 2 weeks to arrive...compared to competitors arriving within 1-2 days which was disappointing. I nearly gave up with ever receiving them, and wasn't too impressed. However, once the samples arrived and one was the best match colour wise....the ordering process was easy and the flooring arrived within 2-3 working days. I was also advised by the delivery company when it would be delivered .”

“Vinyl was slightly damaged at start of the roll. But more than enough material was provided I ordered 3x3.2m but 3x3.9 provided. As damage was in the first .5m this didn’t matter. Price was competitive.”

“The whole process of sending a sample, purchase and delivery went very smoothly indeed. Moreover, the cost of this top quality carpet and underlay was very reasonable also. We are very pleased with the finished job, which has a very luxurious feel to it!”
