I ordered and paid for a roll-end of commercial grade vinyl on the 17th May and received the standard "thank you for your order" email. I followed up on the 19th to inquire as to the rough delivery date and was advised it would be with me by the end of the week i.e. 21st / 22nd. On the 20th I got an email to say the order was being processed, so far so ok. On the morning of Monday 24th I got an email to say they were "still working hard on my order" - a week after ordering - I replied to ask if the order was going to arrive at all and could I please have a delivery date. At the end of the day I received another email advising that the roll was faulty and could not be shipped but that there were some other alternatives. As I now had no time to start re-researching the internet I chose one of the alternatives, unfortunately with a wear-layer less than half the thickness and nowhere near the quality of the original ordered. All in all a very unsatisfactory experience - to have to wait for a week just to be told they can't deliver is absolutely shocking.
