I live at the very North of Scotland and received my goods within a week where normally companies won’t deliver to my postcode area.”

“I Thank you for asking me. I ordered a piece of carpet on 9th February, and my credit card was immediately deductedby some £210. 84. Since then I have had no contact with this Company excepting promised delivery dates first of 12th March, then 19th, then finally 'your carpet has left the warehouse and will be delivered on the 24th'. No carpet has been forthcoming and I have now given up hope of concluding this matter amicably. I am requesting immediate return of the £210. 84 failing which I presume I have been victim of a fraud, and will proceed accordingly. At no point have I been offered any excuse or explanation, or indeed any apology for such inattention to service, and on this basis cannot recomend this Company”
