“Good pricing and a simple ordering process. Several issues with delivery as dispatch was not actioned once the order arrived at the warehouse and had to phone several days later to arrange delivery. DX the couriers were also lapse with providing an estimated delivery time and simply arrived and passed my order up to me on a balcony at the back of the house rather than bring the order kerbside round the front. Mixed review, but appreciate some of the issues are not within Remlands control.”

“Excellent speedy response, easy to use and clear website and delivered when they said they would. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to carry the carpet up to my flat, which has no lift, and your delivery instructions said kerbside delivery which worried me. However the delivery man, who was very pleasant, automatically carried it up up three flights of stairs without question so I was very very grateful, as it would have been much too heavy for me to do. So pleased also with the quality and the exact cutting which meant I could fit it myself.”

“Remland have been fantastic. I had a query before I purchased my flooring and they answered my questions very quickly. I phoned them after delivery with another question and again they where very friendly and helpful. So I certainly tested out their customer service, and it can't be faulted! Beautiful flooring too.”
