“My off cut Flotex carpet arrived.. just as I expected. I plan to use it as a camping rug in the tent. I have had Flotex before &it is a fab product.”

“Our order came quickly, was great value for money, quality was excellent and was packaged well. We initially were not sure what flooring we wanted so we ordered samples that also came quickly, we were impressed with the quality and it enabled us to make a informed decision which is the main challenge with ordering flooring online. Good order process from start to finish, any questions I had were quickly answered on chat. Will definitely be ordering from them again.”

“Price was very good and delivery very quick. Only criticism is that the vinyl was delivered with sticky tape holding the roll together which left adhesive residue behind when removed. This meant that dust and dirt stuck to it and had to be scrubbed off after it was laid. No complaints apart from that.”

“Good pricing and a simple ordering process. Several issues with delivery as dispatch was not actioned once the order arrived at the warehouse and had to phone several days later to arrange delivery. DX the couriers were also lapse with providing an estimated delivery time and simply arrived and passed my order up to me on a balcony at the back of the house rather than bring the order kerbside round the front. Mixed review, but appreciate some of the issues are not within Remlands control.”

“Excellent speedy response, easy to use and clear website and delivered when they said they would. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to carry the carpet up to my flat, which has no lift, and your delivery instructions said kerbside delivery which worried me. However the delivery man, who was very pleasant, automatically carried it up up three flights of stairs without question so I was very very grateful, as it would have been much too heavy for me to do. So pleased also with the quality and the exact cutting which meant I could fit it myself.”
