“This is the second time we have bought a Flotex carpet from Remland. The first time worked like clockwork, with speedy delivery, more carpet than we ordered and the excellent quality that we would expect from Flotex. This time we had a problem getting samples. I think they took longer than last time and one never arrived at all! Whether this was the fault of Remland or the manufacturers I cannot say, although I suspect the latter. However the carpet arrived quickly after we ordered it, It will be laid in 2 days’ time, and I expect it will be just as good as last time.”
