“My only gripe with your service is that I heard nothing from you for nearly two weeks after the order was originally confirmed. I was beginning to get concerned & was on the point of e-mailing you when you finally informed me that my order would be dispatched imminently. I would suggest an improvement would be to keep customers better informed as to the progress of their order. After all, it doesn't cost anything to send an e-mail to say we haven't forgotten you.”

“At time of ordering, was not told goods were out of stock even though payment was taken. Luckily,goods were evntually delivered direct from the factory which is in my home town.”

“The Safetred price was very good. I would have preferred the confirmation email to tell me that the vinyl would be over a week before delivery, I had to phone asking where it was before I was told. I will definitely buy from them again.”
