“The design of vinyl flooring I set my heart on was actually discontinued, but remarkably staff at Remland Carpets were able to locate a piece from a supplier in Birmingham. I understand this was then delivered to their main supplier in High Wycombe and then to Folkestone. As soon as it was in their possession they immediately e-mailed me and dispatched it to my home in West Wales where it was delivered to me the next day. This is exceptional service and a level of customer care second to non. I cannot thank them enough!”

“I have no complaints with regard to the ordering procedure, the only thing I found difficult was seeing the colour of the vinyl properly, (I thought the one I ordered would be slightly lighter), but otherwise good service, fast delivery and would not hesitate to recommend.”

“my carpet arrived promptly. The courier rang me prior to delivery as requested as I have no where to leave it if I'm out. I haven't fitted it yet but I would definitely use Remland again.”

I found what I wanted very quickly, and once I had ordered, Remland kept me completely up to date with the progress of my order.
