“The Remland website was very easy to follow and had an excellent range of products. I found what I wanted very quickly, and once I had ordered, Remland kept me completely up to date with the progress of my order. I needed some information from them on two occasions, and they dealt with my queries quickly, politely and efficiently. The order arrived just as I had been told. thanks for an excellent service”

“I would definitely recommend Remland carpets. There was a misunderstanding between my me and my builder which led me to cancel my vinyl order and then re-place it. The team at Remland carpets was so helpful and made the whole process very easy.”

“My customer experience was very good, I am what I would class as an experienced internet shopper, so found it easy to understand your website and how to order etc, also found the images easy to view and found the layout of your site quick and easy to use, so from my experience with Redland carpets I have to give 10/10 . With regards to delivery communication was excellent and delivery exceptional with a phone call to confirm our address as we located in a spot which is not listed on all Sat Navs but polite, courteous, and friendly what more could you ask for, it all makes for a pleasent internet shopping experience and would definately use and recommend again, many thanks .”

“What a great company to work with, the delivery was prompt but damaged by the carrier. No problem they would replace them but the supplier had along wait time. I cancelled the order, they arranged collection and paid back in full within a couple of days. Will definitely deal with Remland again. Thank you.”

“Prompt service & fast delivery, useful that the driver had my mobile number as I was out when he delivered & I could tell him where to leave it. Floor covering looks good quality although I haven't laid it yet so is still on the roll. Need some laminate flooring soon so will be ordering from you again.”

“Only complaint is that the vinyl was only wrapped in one layer of thin polythene which had been repeatedly snagged , just lucky the vinyl was OK . If this issue is sorted the following applies . Thanks .”

“Although the order took slightly longer than expected to arrive, when I 'phoned to enquire about the delivery the service was great. very friendly & helpful. Only criticism being that one of the lengths of vinyl was a little shorter than ordered (4.8 not 5m)”
