“Excellent product prompt delivery. Only drawback have to order in packs of twelve so have 8 spare at £6.70 each keeping as replacements. Looks great in my kitchen”

“I have made purchases from the Tretford Range twice now and am very pleased with both the quality of the products and the delivery. Items were well packaged and delivery time very reasonable. Would happily buy from Remland Carpets again.”

“Good value for money, item arrived really quickly. Only needed just over 1m of 2m wide vinyl some other outlets charged an excess for small amounts and we were not charged an extortionate amount for living in the highlands!!”

“The vinyl flooring arrived with no packaging/protection at one end, but I was able to cut this end away when it was laid so no transit marks remained. I also ordered a threshold strip but this didn't arrive. I assumed it was packed inside the vinyl roll and fell out of the unpackaged end during transit.”

“The web site says that when order is confirmed customer receives a delivery time slot. I didn’t receive this time slot and enquires about it I was told it was because the item was out of stock. Was given a delivery day but item not delivered till next day complete waste of time and poor customer service”
