“I was advised to go online to order samples and was charged what I consider far too.much for the tiny samples I was sent. Unfortunately the colours were wro g but I won't pay again for more tiny samples”

Hello Sally, Thank you for your review, we appreciate you leaving this. We do not charge for the samples, only for the P&P due to the high demand we have of sampling. We sadly can only send out what is able to fit in our sampling boxes.

“I searched online for a specific vinyl flooring and came across Remland Carpets web site, it was easy to navigate and had a fantastic range to offer, found what I was looking for at a reasonable price - and ordered, it arrived quickly and was just the ticket. Remland carpets communications was excellent after placing the order through to delivery. Would highly recommend.”

“After my order was placed an e mail was received informing me that I was to be notified when the foods were to be dispatched.The e mail never appeared so I found my self calling the supplier chasing up the delivery for a date. Which arrived as per the chase up conversation. That to me was the part that let down the process otherwise no complaints.”

“Very good service, prompt delivery by a very cheerful driver. As l purchased a remnant it was considerably underpriced so excellent value. My present flotex has been down for nineteen yrs still has plenty of wear but l am a bit tired of it so thought l would have a change. Alas l fear this carpet will outlast me in nineteen years l would be 103yrs old! Somehow l don't think l will be around, if l am l will re-order! (Ha Ha) Many thanks.”

“The carpet was good quality but was t cut straight When I contacted you all I was told was it’s cut by hand!!! This needs to be stated before ordering as it causes us a lot of hassle as was going at door entrance and very visibly not straight”
