“A brilliant service from beginning to end. A great choice of chair styles with a fantastic selection of fabrics to choose from. The fabric swatch service is so helpful with swatches arriving quickly. Ordering online is easy and the delivery time, although long, was met without any further delays. The chair is made well and of good quality.”

“Second chair we’ve bought as liked the first one so much. You do have to wait as often the case with sofas/chairs etc but customer service very good, delivery well communicated and reliable, chair well packaged and of good quality. Thankyou!”

“We are very pleased with our new sofa. It took a while to arrive but we were informed of this. When it came it was delivered and assembled efficiently and was in superb condition. It is incredibly comfy and we were very pleased with the service. We would definitely recommend relax sofas and beds.”

“The 2 fellas rang with the timings , they made perfect timing Both of there’s were really polite and helpful throughout, nothing was too much trouble for them . They were really courteous and friendly , highly recommend. My wife passed away 2 days later at home and the guys made sure we were ok with the furniture before they left and took all wrapping with them , Absolutely fabulous”

“I found it easy to order, and I was well informed as to when the furniture would arrive. Any queries were answered promptly. Just one thing on your site, it would be quite good, if after picking the colour of the suite it could then be shown in that colour on the screen, so that an overall effect could be viewed.”

“We recently ordered two sofas and a footstall, quality of goods and service received was excellent and couldn't be faulted, highly recommended the company to anybody. Delivery service was also very good kept us informed of arrival time etc. and were happy to assist in placing the goods in the room and removing all protection.”

“It took us weeks/months to find the chairs we wanted and then we found them during yet another (long) internet search on Relax Sofas & Beds. I don't think we had ever heard of them before but because we found exactly what we wanted we ordered the 2 leather, swivel chairs. Like everything during the last 18 -24 months, we couldn't get them as quickly as we would have wanted but we were given an 8-9 week lead time and that was exactly what we got. We received updated texts/emails and calls with regards to delivery. Delivery was professional ( as far as possible, covid transmission safe) and quick which included delivery to room of choice, unpacking, ensuring chairs were doing what they should do and removal of packaging. We would recommend Relax Sofas & Beds and will when necessary use them again.”
