“This is the second time I have ordered from Regtons. Placed the order online in the early hours of a Thursday morning. I received a confirmation e-mail very quickly and then further e-mails detailing delivery details. I received my purchase pm Friday afternoon via Steve from DPD. The items were well packed and as described. I will use REGTONS again and would happily reccommend them.”

“I contacted Regtons by phone last week concerning a possible problem with a set of headphones. They advised sending them, stating a turn around of 24...48 hrs was aimed for. Two days later I received a phone call saying that they had checked the headphones found them to be in apparent good working order, needing no repair and suggested that they return them to me. I thanked them and the next day the headphones turned up by courier. Regtons declined any payment on this occasion. I had contact with 3 people at the Firm and all were polite, helpful and very friendly. WELL DONE REGTONS...I CAN SEE WHY YOU ARE SO RESPECTED THROUGHOUT THE HOBBY. Thanks a million Dave”

“Regton offer a great service , they are quick to return the goods bought. The only complaint is not with regton but the deus slide on holder for the remote control. It is a terrible design ,the remote can come off readily and it’s not built to last , they break so easily .”

“I have never had any problem with Regton and this time was no different. The machine ( a Deus II) was delivered the next day and exactly as expected. It was also a "good" price and I have found works very well too. Thank you Regton.”

“I 'phoned Regton for a replacement part for my Deus and the chap on the 'phone was very helpful and it was delivered the very next day as he had said it would be. Would always choose Regton for anything required for detecting”

“Very helpful as usual over the phone, this is my second purchase of the deus machine after 10 years of enjoying the first model also from Regtons I am now moving up to the multi frequency model. Advice and service will continue as I explore this new machine I am sure, look forward to seeing its performance, if anything like it's younger brother it must be a winner.👍”
