“Phoned to buy replacement pin pointer and inform them of issues with 17 month old one purchased from them to be accused of all sorts by Marcus and given no chance to explain as he let me have an earful down the phone. Business now going else where pity customer service was not as good as there selling / Delivery side.”

Hello John Just to reiterate the conversation regarding your probe, I also replied via e-mail showing a picture of your probe & a new probe clearly demonstrating the amount of wear this probe had endured. Sadly wear & tear are not covered by any manufacturer. You mentioned you had only used it 4 times due to Covid and that you had previously had a protection cover fitted that had subsequently worn out & removed. You suggested we must have sold you a fake unit, you were also going to go to social media and rubbish us unless we replaced it under warranty. Pictures speak a thousand words.
